Todd does make some very fine recordings with just a couple of mics almost directly into a DAT deck. he may have a little more in between, but I am merely stating that he a is a minimalist. And that is best as far as I am concerned. If you do ever get to a high end show, do check out his selections there. He always brings his Stax Lambda Pros with the tube am set up. Way good sound. His effort to bring his rig into the shows no doubt sells records. I have ten of them so far to prove it.
